Carnehill Contracting was employed as Main contractor and PSCS on the refurbishment and fit out of Fiorentina Restaurant in Dublin city centre. With a floor area of 110m2 this project provided some difficult fire compartment detailing with a tight programme.
The client required an exceptionally high end finish and specialist detailing throughout.
Carnehill provided the on-site management, specialist material procurement and applied expertise labour to deliver the requirements of Architect Brian Cobbe.
