CONTRACTING SERVICES

PARTITIONS

Typical partition installations include small stud partitions, external wall lining systems, column fire encasement shaft wall construction and structural steel stud systems. We enjoy a close working relationship with our suppliers and manufactures who include Gypsum, Lafarge, Knauf and Hadley steel frames.

We offer a full of range of plasterboard and metal stud partitions, which are lightweight and versatile. These products will meet all performance requirements. Ideally used in Commercial developments, Retail outlets, Recreational projects, Educational and Pharmaceutical etc.

CEILINGS

We offer a full range of ceiling specifications from plasterboard ceilings to decorative suspended grid ceilings. They include the following; metal panelled mineral fibre and glass fibre ceilings. We enjoy a close working relationship with our suppliers and manufactures include Armstrong, SAS Ceilings, CEP Ceilings. Maintaining a close trusted working relationship with our suppliers ensures we can procure the project specification at keen rates which ultimately will benefit the client.

FIT OUT CONTRACTS

Carnehill Contracting offer a complete fit out solution to clients throughout Ireland, over the past five years we have established close relationships with various clients in the Retail, Education, Leisure and Commercial sectors.

Our senior management have a hands on approach to all projects and work closely with clients to ensure that maximum value is obtained for each project.

We know that achieving a rapid, defect free fit-out within agreed timescales is critical to our clients, particularly in a commercial environment. This is our primary objective for every project.

EXTERNAL METAL SYSTEMS

At Carnehill Contracting, we specialise in providing a fast track certified Steel frame construction build system. Our skilled workforce have experience in erecting steel frame onsite or offsite. This will minimize waste, increase quality and increase programme speed.

Having completed numerous large scale projects with external metal systems we have built up a close relationship with our suppliers which allows us to specify and procure a metal frame system for a project that may be specified for a different external wall system.
